Do you start feeling lesser pain once you work out more often?
May 27th, 2009 | by Michael |Mr. I asked:
I remember when I first began, the next morning the pain of the body part i worked out was massive. But lately, i still feel the pain, but it’s not as big as it was when i first started working out.

I know im doing enough workout, but id just like to know if the pain gets less than the beginning of the workout cycle.

Yes with time your muscles are going to get used to your new exercise program and will grow with it. Like anyone that has done any sports will tell you the beginning is tough but as you keep training, your fitness level will improve thus making you better at it.
