Does anyone know of a Pain Management Clinic?

I have been dealing with Chronic Pelvic Pain with unknown cause for the last 17 years. The last 3 years it has gotten to the point that all I can do is lay in bed with a heating pad. Therefore, I can get some rest. I have a Pain Management Doctor here in Denver Colorado. He is great. We are trying to find a Clinic that can or has the latest technology. Right now, all I do is get pain medications. Can anyone help?

I’ve have been in a pain management program for several years. UCSD was the place I had two surgeries as well as the pain management. You can look up the local ones in your area in the yellow pages.
