How is Indiana with pain management?

I just moved here from Florida where I had a great pain doctor. I am on low doses of Methadone and Vicodin for breakthough pain.I don’t want to get more or higher doses. I just want to continue on the same things that’s all. I have a lot of pain due to my health conditions. I am just scared of what to expect in Indiana when it comes to doctors and this type of thing. I live hear in Indy and I am taking pain killers for my knees. I am on 600 mg of Naprossen Sodium.
