Lisa S asked:

I went to an orthopedist today and was diagnosed as having Fibromyalgia. I am currently taking Ultracet (like, 188 mg twice a day), and told the orthopedist that it didn’t help much. So his answer was to give me Ultram ER, 100 mg once a day.
I am wanting to find a good pain management dr. in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Can anyone reccommend one?

ultram is more likely to work because it acts on the neuro system—-narcotics work better on the musculoskeletal system

FMS is a disorder of teh central nervous system

to find a good doc (various specialties) who is truly competant to diagnose and treat FMS–

    email

most docs–including most rheumatologists are NOT competant when it comes to fms-

other referral lists keep bad docs on….fibrobetsy takes them off
