Have you ever tried to go to a chiropractor? Some people may view them as quacks or crooks, but if you go to the right one it is extremely beneficial. I sleep much better since I have been going to a chiropractor and overall I feel much better.

Does the Nubaine help with the pain? Or are you asking for a higher dosage or different narcotic pain reliver? And do you have insurance HMO? or Medicaid? What’s causing your pain?

If it is rheumatism you will have to visit us, because ours’ is the only institute which treats it. There is no medicine in this world to treat it . Otherwise you will need painkillers lifelong. So first do RA and ESR tests.
If RA test is positive it confirms, but if negative and ESR high then it is RA of Negative type(we term it). Whatever may it be we treat it.

Be honest ask for other options. Be willing to try a multi facited approach to pain. Meds are only part of the long term solution. A second opinion might be uselful
