I have had chronic back pain for 6 years docs have given me muscle relaxers, I’ve seen chiropractors, with no help. Now I’ve been referred to pain specialists what kinds of methods do they offer for pain, also I thought the pain was due to weight gain from pregnancy but I’ve lost over 30 pounds and the pain is just as strong

they will, hopefully, assess the cause of the pain and address it with a comprehensive treatment plan that may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychological therapy, and medical management. . . good luck and feel better soon!!!!!!!!

A pain management doctor will be able to help you find a method of pain relief that is right for you. There are many types of pain management that don’t include medication that can be used. Depending on the type of pain back and the cause there may be several options for pain relief a few may include spinal blocks, physical therapy, a spinal cord stimulator, etc.
