just take them with food. For headaches, I take Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) and I get headaches a lot.

Generally, lower doses are better. Also, make sure that you’re taking your pain relievers as directed. For example, you should take ibuprofen with food to reduce harmful effects on your stomach lining. If you’re worried about any long term use, you should see your doctor.

You must take a rest maybe ur just stressed by thinking many things, take a little nap when you feel headache. Take time to relax its a one way to relieve headache but if the symptoms persists u must consult a doctor.

There are three types of headaches
, migraine,tension,and cervicogenic.
most headaches are caused by abnormal muscle contractions and vascular irregularities. some can also be triggered by red wines and smoked cheese. some headaches are caused by over the counter alcohol, exposure to certain chemicals, eye strain, loud noise, cleaning products, and headaches are caused by dehydration, which causes muscle contractions. so please look up a report released in 2001 by researchers of Duke university Evidence Based Practice Center in Durham, NC. they talk about what is called spinal manipulation, it will give you immediate improvements for those headaches. good luck.
