How early can lower back pain and pain in the uterus begin after conception?

My partner and I have tried to concieve, and in the last couple days she has had some minor lower back pain and pain in the area of her Uterus. She is not due for a period for quite some time, but it seems too soon. It hasn’t even been a week yet since ***********. Could this be a sign of conception?
