go and talk to any pharmacist. but 90 % or the drugs in the US come from india. there they manufacture it for pennies.. thats why walmart can offer 4$ scripts.

As you probably know, the pain relief industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Virtually every person on the planet who is susceptible to pain and within driving distance of a pharmacy or grocery store is a potential customer.
I am sure you can Google something like this.
Try some of the following as your search parameters:
“annual sales of over the counter medicine”
“world wide sales of over the counter pain relief medicine”
